经市委组织部、市人力资源和社会保障局最后研究决定，2009年1月8日，来自全市各行各业的128位同志被列入2008年上海领军人才培养计划，我机构负责人孙祖越博士正式入选。

Dr. SUN Zu-Yue was appointed as SHANGHAI LEADING TALENTED PERSON by Shanghai government.
On the 8th of Jan.2009, 128 persons from various fields were appointed as SHANGHAI LEADING TALENTED PERSONS 2008 by Shanghai Ministry of Organization, as well as Shanghai Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security. Dr. SUN Zu-Yue was one of them.
